How much ceiling height do I need?
We recommend a minimum ceiling height of 4,200 mm. The exact requirement depends on both vehicles, desired clearance and the lift position.
Can I park an SUV underneath?
Often, yes. We check the combined vehicle heights and required clearances before confirming suitability.
How is the lift kept safe?
The four-post design uses mechanical safety locks at multiple heights. Full operating and safety guidance is supplied with the lift.
Who installs my PITBOX?
PITBOX supplies the lift and can coordinate or refer an approved independent installer. Installation is quoted and contracted separately by the installer.
What does installation cost?
Installation is quoted and contracted directly by an approved independent installer, so it sits outside the $8,999 lift price. You receive that quote before you commit, and we can give an indicative range up front.
Does my concrete slab need to be checked?
Yes. Slab condition, thickness and strength form part of the site suitability review before installation is confirmed.
Do you deliver Australia-wide?
Yes. Standard delivery is included in eligible metro areas; regional and complex-access delivery is quoted separately.
What does the warranty cover?
The lift includes a five-year structural warranty. Final warranty terms and maintenance requirements are supplied with your order.
Can the lift be moved later?
In many cases, yes. An approved independent installer can assess, dismantle and reinstall the lift at a suitable new location.
